Prado, representing presidential candidate Andrónico Rodríguez, stated, "It was an error not to have dialogued with the export sector." She expressed deep concern over the emigration of Bolivians, remarking, "It seems that the only way out of Bolivia is Viru Viru [Santa Cruz's international airport]. That truly angers and pains me." It does not mean that the country has no hopes.
