Sarmiento Rodriguez stated that these entities have reportedly allowed him to endure public shaming, humiliation, and mockery. "I am not a delinquent, I do not belong to any gang," he asserted, clarifying his identity and profession. He emphasized his desire for peace and to remain in Aragua, his home state, where he wishes to build his life. He appealed directly to President Nicolás Maduro and Governor Joana Sánchez, urging them to intervene and ensure an end to the alleged harassment, allowing him to live without fear.
