Thousands of Bulgarian Students Prepare for Matura Exams Sofia, Bulgaria – May 20, 2025 – Over 50,000 students across Bulgaria are preparing for the upcoming Matura exam in Bulgarian language and literature. The exam, a crucial step for high school graduates, is scheduled for tomorrow, May 21st. The Minister of Education, Krassimir Valchev, expressed his well wishes to the students, stating, "I wish all the students success. The most important thing is that they arrive on time." The exam consists of three parts, with varying time limits and question types, testing students' knowledge and skills acquired throughout their secondary education. Loreta Koleva, head of the Regional Education Office in Vratsa, confirmed the system's readiness, mentioning that "The system is ready for tomorrow's exam." She also detailed the extensive preparations and measures taken to ensure a smooth examination process.
