MINSK – A resident of the new "Severny Bereg" residential complex in Minsk has shared a video detailing numerous construction defects found in her recently acquired apartment, which was delivered with a finished renovation from the developer. The video, uploaded on August 1, 2025, highlights a range of issues discovered during a professional inspection. Among the identified problems are scratches on the windows, baseboards that are peeling away from the walls, and areas where the paintwork is visibly substandard. The apartment's entrance door also exhibited a noticeable dent, and the electrical panel had its labels incorrectly oriented. A particularly significant defect was noted in the bathroom, where tiles were not only unevenly laid but also appeared to be of a different shade, requiring a complete reinstallation. The homeowner stated that these issues were officially documented by an inspector. According to the resident, the developer has committed to rectifying all identified defects within a two-week timeframe. She noted that some repairs were already in progress at the time of filming, expressing hope that all issues would be resolved promptly.
