Teenager Kills Four Friends at Birthday Party in Irkutsk Oblast

Seventeen-year-old Mikhail from Irkutsk Oblast, Russia, stands accused of the brutal murder of four friends. The incident unfolded during a birthday party at a rural residence. According to the surviving victim, 14 teenagers were invited to celebrate the birthday of 15-year-old Nastya. However, the evening took a dark turn when Mikhail, fueled by alcohol, became increasingly aggressive after a 14-year-old girl, Vika, refused his advances. He then used a stationery item to kill four of his friends. Vika, narrowly escaping, alerted neighbors, who discovered the bodies and the subsequent fire set by Mikhail. A neighbor stated, “I couldn’t believe what I saw, it was horrific.” The parents of the victims were unaware of their children's plans to spend the night away from home. The investigation is ongoing, but the case highlights the dangers of underage drinking and the need for increased supervision of teenagers.
