Record-Breaking 4-Meter Shashlik Grills Up at Belarusian Festival

Volkovysk, Belarus, hosted the "PROzharka po-Volkovyski" festival on May 31, 2025, where a culinary record was set. A team from the Volkovysk Meat Combine and celebrity chef Arif Shamsiev created a four-meter-long shashlik, the largest in Belarus. "It was a fantastic collaboration," said a representative from the meat combine. "We used over 300 kg of meat!" Shamsiev added, "The secret is in the special marinade and, of course, teamwork."
