Westchester County Parks Open Pools and Beaches for Summer Heatwave

Among the popular spots featured in recent updates are Playland Beach in Rye and Glen Island Beach in New Rochelle, offering refreshing dips in the Long Island Sound. For those preferring pools, Willson’s Waves in Mt. Vernon, Saxon Woods Pool in White Plains, and Sprain Ridge Pool in Yonkers are all welcoming visitors. Starting Friday, June 27, Playland Pool and The Brook at Tibbetts in Yonkers will also open daily, further expanding options for water activities.
