"There are four levels to slight risks of severe weather," she stated, pointing to the map indicating significant risks in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, and New Mexico. The highest risk, a 3 out of 10, is for isolated tornadoes in Northwestern Oklahoma, Southwestern Kansas, and Eastern Colorado.
