Local resident Zelena patrola captured the issue on video, highlighting the extensive rust and dirt accumulation. "Prehrđavo. Ovo je davno trebalo sanirati," stated the author, translating to "Rusty. This should have been repaired a long time ago." The video shows the handrail's poor condition, raising questions about the maintenance standards of the Arena and similar public spaces in Zagreb. The Arena Zagreb management has yet to comment on the reported issue.
