A diner at a Texas Roadhouse restaurant recently reported a disturbing discovery: a press-on nail found embedded in their steak. The customer, who shared their experience online, expressed significant concern regarding the restaurant's hygiene standards, stating this was not their first encounter with foreign objects in their food, having previously found staples. The incident prompted the customer to question the restaurant's policies and staff practices. According to the customer, a manager asserted that no female employees were working in the kitchen at the time, a claim contradicted by the customer's observation of "at least three" women in the kitchen area. Furthermore, the manager reportedly stated a "no acrylics" policy for staff, yet the customer's own server was observed wearing acrylic nails. The customer sustained a cut on their gum from the incident and voiced worries about potential infection. The video shows the green press-on nail on a napkin, alongside the partially eaten steak and other items from their meal.
