
Missing Man Found Dead at Kuala Lumpur Construction Site
Body of Missing Man Found at Kuala Lumpur Construction Site Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – The body of a foreign national, identified as Jordan Michael John Johnson-Doyle, was discovered on June 4, 2025, in a lift at a construction site in Bangsar Hill Park. Doyle had been reported missing since June 2nd. According to Kuala Lumpur Police Chief Datuk Rusdi Mohamad Issa, "The identity of the deceased was confirmed by the victim's father based on the tattoos on the body." An autopsy performed at the University Malaya Medical Centre on June 5th determined the cause of death to be chest injuries consistent with a fall from a significant height. Police stated that there were no signs of foul play and the case is classified as a Sudden Death Report. The police had received a report about the discovery of the body at approximately 4:30 PM on June 4th. The body was recovered with the assistance of the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department around 9:30 PM that same day. The police also appealed to the public to refrain from speculation and to contact the authorities with any relevant information. The discovery brings closure to the family of Mr. Johnson-Doyle, who was reported to have arrived in Malaysia on May 17th after visiting Vietnam and staying at a hotel in Bukit Bintang.
