Hay varios timos que puedes sufrir cuando echas combustible a tu vehículo, y te pueden salir muy caro
Madrid, Spain – In a recent online discussion, a consumer expert shed light on a method for motorists to ensure they receive the full amount of fuel they pay for at gas stations. The expert detailed how discrepancies in fuel delivery can occur and advised drivers on how to verify the precise quantity of fuel dispensed. According to the expert, a key tool for verification is the 'probeta,' a calibrated 10-liter glass flask that all gas stations are legally required to have on hand. "It is important that when we have doubts, there is an element called the probeta, which is available to all clients to be able to do it," the expert stated. He emphasized that station attendants must provide and use this device immediately at the pump where the fuel was dispensed, not at another pump. Motorists are encouraged to request the probeta if they suspect they have been short-changed. If the amount dispensed into the probeta does not match the expected volume, consumers are advised to file a complaint, which could lead to an inspection of the gas station. This information aims to empower consumers to protect themselves against potential fraud at the pump.
