Belgrade, Serbia August 28, 2025 A local social media personality, Vladimir, gained significant attention yesterday for his public act of appreciation towards women in Belgrade. In a video widely shared online, Vladimir documented his journey from a local flower market to the city center, where he distributed red roses to women. The initiative, which Vladimir described as "a small sign of attention for our dear ladies," aimed to honor "ladies who fight for a better Serbia." He stated in the video, "These are the ladies who have been with us from the beginning of our struggle and who support us immeasurably." The video shows Vladimir first at a market, selecting and purchasing a large bouquet of red roses. He then transitions to a nighttime scene in front of the National Assembly building, where he approaches various women, and even a couple, offering them a rose. Recipients were visibly touched by the gesture, with many offering smiles and warm embraces in return. The act has been widely praised in comments for its display of chivalry and patriotism.
