Рибка виходить хрусткою та смачною
A culinary tip from chef Dima is gaining traction online, offering a simple solution to a common kitchen dilemma: the strong odor of capelin during cooking. Dima, a chef from a local fish shop, suggests a three-step method to ensure a pleasant cooking experience and a delicious outcome. The process begins with marinating the capelin in lemon juice for approximately 30 minutes, a step he claims neutralizes the fishy smell. Following this, the fish is coated in a mixture of flour, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs by shaking it in a bag. Finally, the capelin is arranged on a baking sheet and baked at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. According to Dima, this method results in a crispy, flavorful dish, free from any lingering odors. He also advises adding fresh herbs or cherry tomatoes for presentation when serving guests.
