
Lukashenko Supports Armenian Church Opening in Minsk
Minsk, Belarus - In a display of interfaith cooperation, a new Armenian church has opened its doors in Minsk, thanks to the support of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko. The church's opening was facilitated by a request from the Armenian community in Belarus, who sought assistance for land allocation and permits. According to Gagik Charukyan, founder of the "Enlightening Armenia" party, "The president reacted immediately, giving the necessary orders. Today, we are opening this church."
