The MoU, signed on May 22, 2025, guarantees a substantial number of seats for Malaysian pilgrims traveling to Saudi Arabia. Ida Riswana Idris, the legal advisor for Andalusia Travel, emphasized the importance of the agreement, stating, "This MoU provides a guarantee of seats for pilgrims, enhancing confidence in the company's transparency and professional management." The collaboration will also facilitate easier transit for those continuing to other destinations.
