Shooting at Brickfields Restaurant Leaves One Dead, Two Injured

A shooting incident occurred at a restaurant in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on June 14, 2025, at approximately 10:50 PM. One person was killed, and two others were injured. According to ACP Ku Mashariman Ku Mahmood, Chief of Brickfields Police, "We are investigating all aspects of this case and have already reviewed evidence. We are still gathering more evidence and information." The victims, three local residents aged 30-50, were dining when two individuals on a motorcycle opened fire. Police are reviewing CCTV footage and are pursuing leads to identify the suspects and establish a motive. The two injured individuals are receiving treatment at a local hospital. The incident is currently under investigation under Section 302 of the Penal Code.
