Un ingrediente presente en casi todas las cocinas podría ser más nocivo de lo que piensas
Madrid, Spain - A recent viral video by health and nutrition expert Carlos Ordinasfit has sparked considerable debate by labeling refined industrial vegetable oils as "the most dangerous food" for human consumption. Ordinasfit, who identifies as an expert in Pnie, Modern Nutrition, and Sports Science, claims that these oils are laden with hexane, a chemical solvent, and become rancid and oxidized, causing significant damage to DNA, proteins, and cells. According to Ordinasfit, these oils act like "rust" in the body, taking up to two years to be fully eliminated. He further asserts that cooking with these oils exacerbates their toxicity, leading to the creation of dangerous derivatives that destroy tissues and cause inflammation, internal scarring, and fibrosis. The video specifically targets common household oils such as sunflower, corn, soy, canola, and cottonseed, advocating for their complete removal from the diet. In place of these industrial oils, Ordinasfit recommends traditional alternatives like beef tallow, butter, ghee, extra virgin olive oil, and virgin coconut oil. The video's strong claims have resonated with a large audience, garnering over 1.9 million views and thousands of shares, but have also drawn skepticism in the comments section, with many users requesting scientific sources to substantiate the assertions.
