A British mother, Charlotte, recently shared a distressing account of her experience with a kids' club during her family holiday in Spain. In a video uploaded on June 18, 2025, Charlotte recounted the significant effort she made to take her child, Freddy, to what was advertised as a superhero arts and crafts session. After cycling a considerable distance in 32-degree Celsius heat to the initially planned location, only to find it closed, she eventually reached an alternative club. However, the atmosphere inside was far from the lively environment she expected. Charlotte described children sitting quietly at tables, with no art supplies or engaging activities laid out, creating a 'dead' atmosphere. Her son, Freddy, struggled to find a spot, and no staff or other children offered assistance, leaving him visibly upset. Disturbed by the lack of engagement and support, Charlotte decided to remove her son from the club. She strongly advised other parents against sending their children to such facilities, stating, 'They are not having fun,' and emphasizing the importance of a positive holiday experience for children.
