A 28-year-old Italian cryptocurrency trader was allegedly kidnapped, tortured, and held hostage in a New York City townhouse for weeks. New video footage obtained exclusively by CNN shows the victim's dramatic escape on May 6th. The victim, whose identity is being withheld for his safety, was targeted by two men who were seeking access to his millions of dollars in Bitcoin. According to John Miller, CNN Chief Law Enforcement and Intelligence Analyst, the victim was tied up and tortured during his captivity. "He was tied up when he was being tortured," Miller said.
