Minsk, Belarus – Prospective homeowners are reportedly engaging in a complex, multi-location queuing system ahead of the official sales launch for the "Lunel-1" building within the "Severny Bereg" residential complex. Real estate agent Dmitry Navitsky documented his experience attempting to secure a spot on the pre-sale list. Navitsky initially visited an office associated with the development, where he found a small, informal notebook with only a few names, placing him fourth. He later learned of a separate, more extensive queue maintained at an office located on Sverdlova 11. Upon arriving at the second location, Navitsky registered as the seventeenth individual on a list that had begun forming on September 23rd, two days prior to the scheduled September 25th sales start. Describing the process, Navitsky stated, "It's some kind of surrealism and nonsense." The situation highlights the intense demand and unconventional methods employed by buyers to gain an advantage in the competitive Minsk real estate market. The "Lunel-1" building, part of the larger "Severny Bereg" development, is depicted in a detailed miniature model, featuring varying heights of 9, 8, and 6 floors, alongside a proposed school and a roundabout.
