The property, described as having a 'Japanese style' renovation, aims to provide a functional living space within an incredibly small area. These include a safe, a microwave, a toilet, a shower, a small refrigerator, and a chest of drawers. A folding table is reportedly set to be added soon. A distinctive feature of the unit is its second level, which accommodates a 1.5-person bed equipped with an orthopedic mattress, capable of supporting up to 120 kilograms. For comfort, the apartment also includes a plasma television and a recuperator system designed to ensure a supply of fresh air.
