Mexico Launches New Welfare Programs: Registration Opens in June Mexico City, June 3, 2025 – The Mexican government has announced the launch of several new welfare programs, with registration opening in June 2025. One of the highlighted programs is "Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro," which provides a monthly scholarship of $8,480.17 pesos and health insurance to young people aged 18 to 29 who are neither studying nor working. Another program offers bimonthly payments of $6,200 pesos to individuals over 65. The video also showed the application process on the official platform. The housing program, "Vivienda para el Bienestar," will open registration on June 9th in the State of Mexico. This program is aimed at individuals over 18 living in poverty who require housing improvements. Requirements include residing in one of the 125 municipalities within the State of Mexico, demonstrating a need for housing improvements, and not having previously benefited from similar programs.
