One of the highlighted programs is "Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro," which provides a monthly scholarship of $8,480.17 pesos and health insurance to young people aged 18 to 29 who are neither studying nor working. Requirements include residing in one of the 125 municipalities within the State of Mexico, demonstrating a need for housing improvements, and not having previously benefited from similar programs.
