Despite the routine nature of his new job, which involves driving a shuttle route of approximately 160 kilometers daily, he appreciates the positive atmosphere and camaraderie among colleagues. He highlighted the benefits of working night shifts, which afford him free mornings and a better quality of life. The man emphasized the critical importance of a healthy work environment and good 'feeling' among staff and management for overall well-being and productivity.
