West Valley Bar Shooting Leaves One Dead, One Injured

A shooting occurred last night at Dell Sports Bar near 95th Avenue and Peoria Avenue in Peoria, Arizona. Police reported that an intoxicated man, who had been denied service at the bar, retrieved a firearm and fired multiple shots. "Once he retrieved the firearm, he fired multiple shots in the air, and then decided to fire multiple shots inside the business," stated a police officer in an interview. Bystanders in the parking lot returned fire, resulting in the death of the suspect. One bystander sustained serious injuries but was later released from the hospital.
