162 kg of Cocaine Found Hidden in Coffin: Funeral Home Driver Arrested in Brazil

A funeral home driver's arrest in Terenos, Mato Grosso do Sul, has brought to light an unusual drug trafficking operation. Police stopped the vehicle on BR-262 and found 162 kg of cocaine concealed within a coffin. The driver, attempting to deceive authorities with false documentation, was apprehended. "The strong chemical odor emanating from the vehicle raised our suspicions," stated a PRF officer involved in the operation. The cocaine was packaged in bricks, each bearing a picture of a horse. The driver confessed to transporting the drugs from Corumbá to Campo Grande.
