Drunk Driver Films Himself Drinking Beer After Crashing Into Traffic Light

A motorist crashed his car into a traffic light in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, on Tuesday morning. A video taken by a bus passenger shows the driver exiting the vehicle and drinking a beer. The car's front end was severely damaged, and the airbag deployed. 'It was shocking to see him drinking like that after such a serious accident,' said the bus passenger who filmed the incident, requesting anonymity. The Empresa de Transportes e Trânsito de Belo Horizonte (BHTrans) confirmed that a private tow truck removed the car at 7:42 AM. The damaged traffic signal will be replaced. BHTrans spokesperson, Maria Silva, stated, "We are investigating the incident and will take appropriate action against the driver."
