One Missouri-based business owner documented FedEx drivers allegedly skipping his location to not deliver his package.
A recent incident involving a FedEx delivery driver has sparked outrage after a small business owner, known as gregrexadams on social media, shared security camera footage allegedly showing a driver falsifying a delivery attempt. The video, uploaded on September 22, 2025, depicts a FedEx truck pulling into the business's parking lot. The driver is seen approaching the front door, affixing a 'Sorry We Missed You' sticker, taking a photograph of it, and then immediately removing the sticker before returning to the truck and departing. The entire sequence occurred without any apparent attempt to check if the business was open or to deliver the package. The business owner stated that his establishment was open and operating during the time of the alleged delivery attempt, presenting a sign displaying business hours from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. The incident reportedly happened at 9:26 AM on a Monday. Following the driver's departure, the FedEx tracking system updated the package status to 'Delivery exception: Customer not available or business closed.' Speaking about the incident, the owner expressed deep frustration, calling the driver's actions 'absolutely lazy.' He emphasized the critical nature of the undelivered parts for his business operations. This is not the first time such an issue has occurred, according to the owner, though this instance provides clear video evidence. The video has garnered significant attention online, raising questions about delivery service accountability and the accuracy of tracking updates.
