In a recent social media post, Matarazzo revealed that she and her wife, a Michigan native, relocated from Los Angeles approximately 18 months ago. "I love it here so much," Matarazzo stated, detailing her positive experiences since moving. She highlighted visits to local attractions, including the Ann Arbor Art Fair and various cider mills, praising Michigan's natural abundance and the welcoming nature of its residents. "Everybody that I've met has just been so incredibly kind," she added. Matarazzo, who previously lived only in New York and Los Angeles, described her move as a significant and ongoing experience. She also playfully posed a question to her followers: "What is that for Michigan?" referring to the unofficial rites of passage that define a true Michigander, similar to those for New Yorkers.
