98-Year-Old "Baba Hajduk" Amazes With Self-Sufficiency and Extensive Gardens
A 98-year-old woman from Serbia, Mirjana Petrović, known locally as "Baba Hajduk," continues to defy expectations with her remarkable strength and dedication to self-sufficiency. Despite her advanced age, Ms. Petrović meticulously maintains two extensive gardens, cultivating a variety of crops including tomatoes, raspberries, beans, corn, potatoes, peppers, and basil. According to the video, she single-handedly installed over 150 stakes for her bean plants. Furthermore, the footage reveals two substantial piles of firewood, which Ms. Petrović proudly states she has personally carried from the forest on her back over the years, amassing more than 50 cubic meters. Her incredible efforts ensure she has heat for the winter, showcasing a level of independence and vigor that is truly extraordinary.
