KUALA LUMPUR – Popular Malaysian entrepreneur and content creator Khairulaming has recently opened up about the challenges of managing his highly successful businesses and public persona, addressing accusations of being 'arrogant' or 'difficult to contact.' In a candid video, Khairulaming explained that his demanding schedule, which often involves working without rest since his school days, makes it impossible to attend to every request or message he receives. "It's hard because I myself cannot fulfill everyone's demands," Khairulaming stated, referring to the constant stream of requests from schools, universities, NGOs, media, agencies, government ministries, orphanages, madrasahs, and large corporate brands. He expressed gratitude for the attention but clarified that his primary focus remains on his entrepreneurial ventures, which require constant oversight. Khairulaming recounted daily challenges, including receiving updates on product issues such as "foaming rendang" or "sour chicken," and even factory power outages. He stressed that his mind is perpetually active, even during personal time, thinking about business operations. He further elaborated on his philosophy of hard work, distinguishing between mere diligence and 'structured' or 'strategic' hard work. "If you're just diligent without a plan, you'll get tired without results," he advised. Instead, he advocates for setting clear objectives and working towards them without premature announcements. "I don't like to update. I like to release results. When something is already done, I announce it. When something is achieved, I tell you," he explained, adding that announcing plans too early can lead to a 'comfort zone' and a lack of motivation to achieve the stated goals. "Don't announce; just do it," he concluded, emphasizing the importance of quiet dedication.
