The owner located his distinctive blue and orange vehicle in a parking lot near Dotty's Casino. Upon identifying the stolen property, he confronted the individuals who were in possession of the vehicle, demanding the keys. The situation quickly escalated into a verbal confrontation, with the owner asserting his ownership of the vehicle.
