Tulcea, Romania – The National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) recently conducted a thorough inspection of the kitchen facilities at Lebada Luxury Resort & SPA. The inspection, led by Mr. Piedone, focused on hygiene standards, food storage, and preparation processes. During the visit, inspectors meticulously examined refrigeration units, food labeling, and the separation of raw and prepared ingredients. Mr. Piedone noted the presence of dedicated deep fryers for vegetables and potatoes, as well as a color-coded system for cutting boards, indicating different uses for raw meat, prepared products, and vegetables. He commended the resort for its adherence to high standards, stating, "We are constructive, not destructive. We look at the production area that the consumer doesn't see, where we must ensure their protection." He further added, "A kitchen is like a temple. A temple means respect for the consumer." The ANPC's findings indicate that Lebada Luxury Resort & SPA meets both hygienic-sanitary and technological flow conditions, reinforcing the resort's commitment to quality and consumer trust.
