A Romanian online business owner, known as Lenjeria_Magica, has publicly shared a distressing incident involving a customer and a courier, stating she is considering reporting the matter to the police. The incident, detailed in a recent video, concerns an order exceeding 1000 lei, which included complimentary items such as a "Mystery Box" and "Magic Glitter" for reaching a specific purchase threshold.According to the business owner, the customer reportedly contacted the courier directly, gaining access to the package. The customer then allegedly opened the parcel, removed the promotional gifts, and subsequently refused to accept the main ordered products. The retailer highlighted that opening a package before payment and then refusing the order is an illegal practice."I don't think it's normal to steal," she stated in her video, expressing her deep frustration. "To steal a gift that I put for you from the heart... maybe someone would have truly deserved this gift." She further explained that her concern is not solely about the monetary value of the stolen items but about the principle of theft and the alleged complicity of the courier.The business owner is currently awaiting a response from the courier company. She has indicated that if the situation is not resolved to her satisfaction, she intends to publicly disclose the names of both the customer and the courier involved, and will proceed with filing a police report. This case raises questions about consumer rights, courier responsibility, and the security of online transactions.
