Sharks Spotted Off Limassol Coast, Police Open Fire in Rare Incident

LIMASSOL, CYPRUS – August 2, 1997 – A rare and dramatic incident unfolded yesterday afternoon in Limassol, as three sharks were sighted approximately 20 meters off the coast near the public garden.
