The annual tradition, best experienced by starting on Birch and Primrose and following "Santa's Route," offers a unique drive-through or walk-through experience. Lights are typically illuminated nightly from 5 PM or 6 PM until 10 PM. Visitors are advised that parking within Eagle Hills is limited, with restrictions in place from 4 PM to 10 PM. Public parking is available at the Brea Sports Park, located just east of the lights on Birch Street, with public restrooms also accessible there. Community members are encouraged to park outside the tract if they plan to walk, as exiting can take up to 45 minutes on busy evenings.
