The deceased was found entangled in debris, wearing a green t-shirt and dark jeans. His wallet and identification were recovered from his back right pocket. "The body was found floating at approximately 2:15 PM," stated Superintendent Wong Kim Wai, the Maran District Police Chief. An autopsy confirmed the cause of death as drowning.
