Chicago Serial Killer: Real or Sham?
when a string of “accidental” drownings in chicago started to seem suspicious, a tiktoker took it
Chicago, IL – A concert-goer in Chicago recently shared a harrowing experience from September 16, 2021, after attending Riot Fest. The individual, who prefers to remain unnamed, recounted a suspicious encounter with an unknown driver claiming to be an Uber. After the concert, the individual struggled to secure a ride-share due to high demand. "There were too many people around me, like I couldn't get an Uber," he stated in a video. Subsequently, a dark SUV pulled up, and the driver offered a ride, stating, "Hey, I'm your Uber." The driver, described as light-skinned with a beard and black hair, offered amenities like water and a phone charger, but could not confirm the passenger's identity or provide a fare. "He was like very low-tone, very soft voice, like just like, 'Oh no, I'll give you a ride,'" the individual explained. Feeling uneasy due to the lack of official ride-share indicators and the driver's vague responses, the concert-goer declined the offer. He later reflected on the incident, emphasizing the importance of verifying ride-share drivers and prioritizing personal safety.
