El truco legal para no pagar las multas de los radares: funciona
Un abogado revela cómo anular las multas por exceso de velocidad utilizando un truco legal poco conocido. Conoce tus derechos.
A Spanish lawyer has revealed a key legal detail that could help drivers contest speeding fines. According to the expert, all speed camera readings, whether from fixed or mobile devices, are subject to a legally mandated margin of error. This means that a certain speed reduction must be applied to the recorded velocity. "For mobile radars, for example, the law dictates that 7 kilometers per hour must be deducted from the speed detected," the lawyer explained in a recent video. He emphasized that if the official documentation of a speeding ticket does not reflect this correction, the fine can be considered null and void. This legal provision, based on ORDER ITC/155/2020, allows citizens to appeal their fines if the administration fails to apply the correct margin of error. The lawyer encourages drivers to review their speeding tickets carefully and, if the correction is missing, to consider appealing the sanction, highlighting that this process can be done without cost.
