A recent social media post by user 'mama de 3' has brought to light a series of alarming issues at the ON City Resort, detailing what the guest described as a "horrible" stay. The individual, identified as mrociobs, shared a video compilation showcasing various deficiencies, including a delayed room handover, a dirty and damaged bathroom, and inadequate cleaning services. According to the guest's detailed account, the room's bathroom was found to be unclean upon arrival, with a broken door frame and a swollen door that could not close. The shower drainage was reportedly so poor that water reached the area where clothes were hung, due to the absence of an actual wardrobe. Attempts to address these issues with reception were met with a dismissive response, with one receptionist allegedly stating, "And now what's wrong, daughter?" Further complaints included a lack of thorough room cleaning, with unemptied bins and bedsheets reportedly not changed over a five-day period, despite requests. The guest also criticized the hotel's amenities, describing the swimming pool as having "patches that lift" and a "railing repaired with bandages." Issues extended to dining, with the guest reporting food poisoning after consuming prawns. The video also highlighted problems with portable toilets in the "castle zone" and malfunctioning attractions. The author concluded by stating, "I will not return," and used hashtags like #sinlimpieza (no cleaning), #nadadecalidad (no quality), and #novolvere (I won't return).
