

Kazakhstan's 9 Billion Tenge Dairy Farm: A Giant Leap for Agriculture
A large-scale dairy farm is under construction in the village of Novonikolskoye, Kzylzhar district, Kazakhstan. The project, undertaken by KT "Zenchenko and K," represents a significant investment of 9 billion tenge. Upon completion, the farm will house 8,000 heads of cattle, primarily Holstein-Friesian, known for their high milk yield. Yuri Petrov, an engineer involved in the project, stated, "4,500 will be dairy cows, with a carousel for 90 at a time." The farm's projected annual milk production is 26,000 tons. Kanat Darbayev, head of the Kzylzhar district's agricultural department, highlighted the project's alignment with the President's initiative to boost rural investment. The farm is expected to create 60 new jobs, contributing to the region's economic development. This project is one of eleven large-scale initiatives in the Kzylzhar region, totaling 19 billion tenge, demonstrating significant investment in the region's agricultural sector.
