In a video uploaded on June 24, 2025, Salvatori, a prominent politician and businesswoman, addressed a user's remark suggesting she should utilize the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) given her perceived status. Salvatori clarified her position, stating, "I don't use IMSS; I have private medical insurance that I pay for with my own money." She further elaborated on her reasoning, asserting that it would be "very cruel" to occupy a bed in a public hospital, especially when there is a scarcity of beds and medications, thereby taking a spot from someone who genuinely needs it. The Deputy directly confronted her critic, remarking, "Your shot backfired, darling. You wanted to trap me and you ended up trapped yourself."
