The vehicle, initially imported from Italy, was reportedly acquired by an official Mercedes dealership with an odometer reading of 102,000 kilometers and a complete service history. However, a subsequent inspection by NEEDCARHELP revealed that the car's mileage had been fraudulently reduced by approximately 100,000 kilometers. The expert, who chose to remain anonymous for professional reasons, expressed profound concern regarding the incident. "How can supposedly professional dealerships, equipped with workshops, lifts, and experienced mechanics, fail to detect such manipulation?" he questioned. The expert noted that a smaller dealership, which later purchased the vehicle, now faces a substantial financial loss, with the car representing an asset of around 30,000 euros or more that cannot be easily resold.
