De Lorenzi's method begins with activating dry yeast with a touch of sugar and warm water. Following this, whole wheat flour, salt, and oil are combined, with the activated yeast mixture gradually incorporated. The dough is then kneaded for approximately 10 minutes until smooth, after which it undergoes an initial rise until its volume doubles.
