KERR COUNTY, TEXAS – A Christian summer camp for girls in Central Texas has been devastated by flash floods that swept through the area on Friday, leaving several children missing. Camp Mystic, located along the Guadalupe River, experienced a dramatic rise in water levels, with parts of the river swelling by more than 29 feet.
