Ordabasy District Akimat Holds Staff Meeting: Focus on Socioeconomic Development and Public Safety Ordabasy, Kazakhstan – June 4, 2025 – The Ordabasy District Akimat convened a staff meeting today, addressing key issues in the region's socioeconomic development and public safety. Akim Azat Oralbaev chaired the meeting, which included deputy akims, department heads, and rural district akims. Altynay Sikhymbaeva, head of the district's economic and financial department, presented data on socioeconomic indicators. She highlighted that several sectors are falling short of planned targets. Oralbaev responded by directing responsible officials to address these shortcomings promptly. The meeting also featured updates on housing, with 36 three-room apartments, 84 three-story apartments, and 16 two-room apartments allocated to residents since the beginning of the year. The current housing waiting list stands at 3132. Additionally, Jomaart Kospanov, head of the district's emergency situations department, discussed safety measures for the swimming season, including social media campaigns and safety signage. The meeting underscores the Akimat's commitment to addressing local challenges and improving services for the residents of Ordabasy.
