La Paz, Bolivia – The Electoral Plurinational Body (OEP) has published the list of citizens ineligible to vote in the upcoming 2025 general elections. Citizens who find themselves on this list or believe they have been incorrectly disqualified have until Friday, July 4th, to submit their claims for re-enablement. To verify your electoral status, you can visit the official OEP website, www.oep.org.bo. On the portal, navigate to the section detailing Activity 38 of the Electoral Calendar, which pertains to the publication of the list of disqualified citizens. Here, you can download the list corresponding to your department and search for your name and identification document number. The list will also indicate the reason for any disqualification. If you wish to challenge your disqualification, you must download and complete the official claim form available on the OEP website under the 'Latest Documents' section. This form requires you to specify the reason for your claim. It is important to note that claims related to 'Non-Voting Citizen' or 'Non-Attending Juror' must be submitted to the nearest Departmental Electoral Tribunal (TED), while other causes should be presented to the nearest Civil Registry Service (SERECI) office. Bolivian citizens residing abroad who are affected can also file their claims through the OEP's dedicated website or by visiting consular offices in countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Spain. The OEP urges all citizens to check their status promptly to ensure their participation in the electoral process.
