London, UK – A recent study has unveiled a speculative model, dubbed "Ava," illustrating the potential physical evolution of social media influencers by the year 2050. The research suggests that the demanding lifestyle and aesthetic practices prevalent in content creation could lead to significant and rather "grotesque" alterations in human appearance.Shivali Best, Science & Technology Editor at MailOnline, presented the findings, stating, "Many influencers are known for their glamorous looks. But fast forward just 25 years, and social media stars will look very different." The model, Ava, is depicted with a range of features attributed to current beauty trends and digital habits. These include patchy skin, a hunched back, and a pointed "witch's chin" resulting from migrated facial fillers. Additionally, years of hair extensions are predicted to cause bald spots and thinning hair, while prolonged exposure to LED screens is linked to dark eye circles and fine lines. The study posits that the relentless pursuit of online perfection and the physical demands of constant content creation may take a considerable toll on individuals. Best concluded, "While the influencer lifestyle might look tempting, it seems that years of content creation can take their toll on both your body and your mind." The findings prompt a discussion on the long-term health and aesthetic consequences of the digital age's most prominent figures.
