This surpasses initial projections and highlights a strong commitment to continuous learning and skills development across sectors. The program, "Learn On The Go," organized by HRD Corp under the Malaysian Ministry of Human Resources, offered a wide array of training courses. The event's success was particularly noteworthy due to the inclusion of international participants from China, Indonesia, and Korea. "The response has been overwhelmingly positive," said Tuty Bujang, Head of HRD Corp Sarawak. "We've seen a significant increase in participation compared to previous years, demonstrating the ease of access and the program's appeal beyond national borders." The event, held at Aeon Mall Kuching, showcased various training programs, many of which were offered free of charge. The high participation underscores the growing commitment from both public and private sectors towards continuous learning and workforce development. The success of NTW 2025 in Sarawak serves as a model for future initiatives, demonstrating the potential for large-scale training programs to foster both national and international collaboration in human capital development.
