Drivers report that the scarcity of fuel prevents them from operating their routes normally, causing significant financial strain and disrupting daily commutes for residents. Claudio Méndez, a bus driver, stated, "We continue to suffer from the diesel shortage every day, queuing up. It's impossible to work normally like before."
